Arunabh Prasad Gupta

Arunabh Prasad Gupta has extensive experience in human resources and organizational design, currently serving as DGM and Head of Employee Value Proposition, Organization Design, and HR Strategy at Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery Company Private Limited since July 2012. In this role, responsibilities include developing optimal organizational structures focused on customer centricity and employee engagement, as well as workforce planning to align manpower with business needs. Previously, Arunabh has held various positions at Telco Construction Equipment Company Ltd., including Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and roles in improvement groups, exports, and management traineeships. Arunabh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Bhilai Institute of Technology.
