Ms. Shivani Negi heads Human Resources for Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited and Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. She has been instrumental in leading cultural transformation and operational efficiency of human capital interventions at TATA Realty. With a career spanning over 21 years, she brings a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources.

Ms. Negi has proven experience in in various aspects of Human Resources, such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Strategy, Change Management, Process Automation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She is particularly passionate about the Real Estate sector, having dedicated over 18 years to working with both Indian and international Real Estate organizations. Previously, Ms. Negi held several key management positions at prominent organizations including Country Garden Pvt. Ltd., Larsen and Toubro Realty, Lodha Group, Bridgestone India Pvt. Ltd., and Sayaji Hotels and has decades of experience in Leadership roles.

Ms. Negi holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Prestige Institute of Management and is a certified competency assessor from SHL.
