Bekir S. Bertan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the steel and textile industries. Currently serving as Vice President - Flat Products at Tata International Limited since May 2013, Bekir has held various positions including Senior Steel Trading Manager and Global Business Development Manager for Flat Rolled Products. Prior to this, Bekir worked at RTC from December 2006 to May 2013 in engineering project management and production supervision roles. Earlier career experience includes positions as Import Export Sales Manager at Cotton Line Inc. and Production Manager at Debas Textile Mills. Bekir holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Uludag University.
