Santosh Shetty

Santosh Shetty has extensive experience in strategic management and business transformation, currently serving as Chief Strategy & Information Officer at Tata International Limited since September 2013. In this role, Santosh supports the CEO & MD in developing annual strategic plans and facilitates the execution of operational excellence projects across the organization. Previously, positions held include Director of Strategic Business Transformation, Regional Head - Africa, and Senior Consultant for Tata Business Excellence Group, focusing on Total Quality Management initiatives across diverse regions. Prior experience at Tata Chemicals Limited encompassed managerial roles in business excellence, purchasing, maintenance, and as a graduate engineer trainee. Santosh holds a Master of Executive Program in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a PGDM from the University of Indianapolis, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from L.D. College of Engineering.
