Mohit Singh Kang

Mohit Singh Kang is a legal professional with extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors. Currently serving as Manager-Legal & Remedial at Tata Capital since May 2025, following the merger with Tata Motors Finance Ltd., Mohit also holds the position of Legal Manager in the Proactive Litigation Group at Tata Motors Finance since September 2023. Prior roles include Deputy Manager-Legal in the Retail Assets Legal Team at HDFC Bank from February 2023 to September 2023, and Deputy Manager-Legal with the ARD Group at IndusInd Bank from January 2022 to February 2023. Mohit’s career began as a Retainer Advocate with Corporate Law Associates at Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited from April 2017 to January 2022, and earlier as a Practicing Advocate at the District and Sessions Court from March 2013 to April 2017. Mohit holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Maharshi Dayanand University, completed in 2013.
