Vedika Bhandarkar

Vedika Bhandarkar is an Independent Director at TMF Holdings. Prior to this, they were a Vice Chairman & Managing Director at Credit Suisse from July 2010 to February 2015, heading the Investment Banking and Global Markets Solutions businesses. Vedika also oversaw the onshore private banking business.

From January 1998 to December 2010, Bhandarkar worked at JP Morgan as Managing Director, heading the investment banking business since 2003. Vedika worked with corporate and Government clients to deliver M&A, equity capital markets and debt capital markets solutions.

Bhandarkar started their career at ICICI Securities in October 1992 as Vice President, working across different products and industries including Equity Capital Markets, M&A, and project finance businesses. Vedika was promoted to Manager at ICICI Ltd in June 1989 and held this position until September 1992.

Vedika Bhandarkar attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, where they earned a PGDM. Vedika also holds a BSc from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, where they studied physics, statistics, and mathematics. Vedika is a graduate of St. Mary's School in Udaipur.
