Amrita G. currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer at Tata Motors since December 2023, focusing on the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With extensive experience in communication and content management, Amrita has held notable positions such as Head of Partnerships at Tata Steel Foundation and Head of Content Management & Communication Strategy at Tata Steel Group. Additionally, Amrita has worked as an Editor at ZMCL and Infomedia18 Ltd, contributing to various media projects, and has acted as a Photo Critic for Better Photography Magazine. As a Visiting Faculty member at Media Institutes, Amrita teaches Communication for Change Management. Amrita holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Print and Cyber Media from Symbiosis Institute of Media Communications and a Bachelor's degree in English from Delhi University.
