Prashant Wagh

Prashant Wagh possesses over 20 years of experience in the paint and manufacturing industry, currently serving as the DGM of the paint shop at Tata Motors since March 2007. In this role, Prashant acts as a subject matter expert in paint and sealants, leading initiatives for product and process standardization across all Tata Motors plants in India, while focusing on enhancing production quality through sustainable practices and lean manufacturing principles. Prior to Tata Motors, Prashant held positions at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd as a Technical Officer in R&D and Technical Services, and at HEM Paints (M/s Asian Paints India Ltd) as a Production Officer, where responsibilities included troubleshooting production issues and conducting research for new products. Prashant holds a B-Tech in Chemical Technology with a specialization in Paints Technology from the University Department of Chemical Technology NMU Jalgaon, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
