Shilpi Kumari currently serves as the Area Parts Manager at Tata Motors since April 2024, where responsibilities include managing channel partners and enhancing the distribution sales process. Previously, Shilpi held the position of Secretary for Xtatic-The Dance Club at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur from September 2022 to March 2024, leading choreography planning for various dance events. Additional experience includes a role as a Management Consultant with Takshashila Consulting, conducting industry analyses for Shopper's Stop, and a Summer Internship at Bajaj Capital Ltd, focusing on financial product case studies. Previous internships also encompass a Digital Marketing role at Adventhrill, where Shilpi implemented marketing strategies utilizing SEO techniques, as well as student internships at Growel Feeds Private Limited and ICAR-CIFT.
