Shripad Joshi

Shripad Joshi is an accomplished professional in human resources, specializing in digital transformation and people analytics. Currently serving as the Head of HR Digital and People Analytics at Tata Motors, Shripad has previously held the position of Lead HR Digital and People Analytics, as well as Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization. Prior to Tata Motors, Shripad worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at the Placement Office of IIT Bombay and held the role of President at AXIS, VNIT Nagpur.
