Sugandh Koul

Sugandh Koul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and service management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Care at Tata Motors since June 2019, Sugandh has previously held positions such as Assistant Manager Service at SML Isuzu Ltd from July 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included service management and customer satisfaction for Delhi-NCR, and contributing to a successful zonal marketing team. Earlier roles include Junior Manager in the Product Service & Customer Satisfaction Division at SML Isuzu Ltd, focusing on electrical and electronics services, and Management Trainee at ISUZU Motors Ltd.
