Swapnil Salunkhe

Swapnil Salunkhe has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as General Manager at Tata Motors since December 1996, where responsibilities include the end-to-end delivery of steering and fuel systems for passenger cars, along with expertise in vehicle testing and test cases. Prior to this role, Swapnil worked as a Junior Engineer Testing at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, focusing on fuel efficiency improvements and CMVR certification, and as an Engineer at Force Motors, handling vehicle certification, homologation, and prototype vehicle assembly. Swapnil holds an MBA in Operations Management from PUMBA and a BE in Automobile Technology from VIT Engineering College Pune.
