Archana Chitnavis

Archana Chitnavis currently serves as the Group Head of Engagement, Employer Branding, and Policies at TATA Power since March 2024. Prior to this role, Archana held the position of Lead in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Mahindra Susten from August 2022 to March 2024. Archana's extensive experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Adani Electricity for 15 years, where key responsibilities involved partnering with management on employee relations, executing corporate HR initiatives, and implementing performance management processes. Early in their career, Archana completed a summer traineeship at Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited, focusing on competency mapping. Archana holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sydenham Institute of Management and a B.E. in Information Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
