Kushagra Gupta

Kushagra Gupta has a diverse work experience in the power industry. Kushagra started their career as an Engineer at North Delhi Power Ltd (Ndpl) in 2008, where they worked in power distribution operations and maintenance until 2012. Kushagra then joined Tata Power-DDL and held various managerial roles, including Power System Control & Distribution O&M Manager from 2012 to 2015, Middle Management role in Power System Control, Safety & BCDMP from 2015 to 2020, and finally Zonal Manager from 2020 to 2021. Since 2021, they have been associated with TATA Power, initially serving as the Head of Safety and currently holding the position of Head, overseeing Safety, Quality, Environment, Business Excellence, and serving as the Management Representative.

Kushagra Gupta completed a PGPM (MBA) in Operations from the Institute of Management & Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from U.P. Technical University, from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an Energy Manager from the Bureau of Energy Efficiency in the year 2017.
