Rajesh Pai

Rajesh Pai is an experienced professional in employee services and facility management, currently serving as Lead Associate in Employee Services and Administration at TATA Power since April 2021. Previously, Rajesh held the position of Sr Manager in Learning & Development at Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included planning and executing training for Facilities Managers and vendor staff across 55 sites in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Rajesh also served as a Facility Manager at IHCL (Taj) Corporate Office and has extensive experience in managing soft services processes at Compass India Support Services and property management at Cushman & Wakefield. Rajesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a Higher Secondary Certificate in Commerce from Bhavans College.
