Sonakshi Kumari

Sonakshi Kumari is an accomplished HR professional with significant experience in employee engagement and talent management. Currently serving as a Team Lead at TPCODL since June 2019, Sonakshi specializes in employee onboarding, compliance, performance management, and process design. Previously, as a Lead Associate in Corporate IR, responsibilities included managing contract labor systems, compliance, and HR risk management.
