Sunil Kapur

Sunil Kapur is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business development and operations management within the energy sector. Currently serving as President for the Africa region at TATA Power since September 2013, Sunil Kapur oversees the development of opportunities in generation, transmission, and distribution, as well as monitoring project operations and profitability. Previously, Sunil held the position of Executive Director at Tata Africa Holdings (SA) (Pty) Ltd, managing business development and investments, and served as Managing Director of Tata Holdings Mozambique Lda, where responsibilities included oversight of holding and subsidiary companies. Earlier roles include Finance Manager at Tata Zambia Limited and Experienced Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on auditing and business consulting. Sunil Kapur's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College and a high school diploma in Accounting from Army Public School.
