Tarun Kant

Tarun Kant is a seasoned business development manager at TATA Power, with a career spanning over a decade in the power generation sector. Since July 2012, Tarun has engaged in evaluations of growth opportunities through competitive bidding and M&A, managing bid submissions and commercial documentation for various procurement processes. As a former manager in Power & Utilities, Tarun played a pivotal role in expanding organizational capacity, implementing a Reliability Centered Maintenance project, and leading large-scale training programs. Earlier experience includes restructuring operational budgets and enhancing resource utilization as an assistant manager. Tarun's foundational skills were developed during a summer internship at Tata Technologies, where expertise in JAVA and SAP R/3 was gained. Tarun holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
