Manoj Tipnis

Manoj Tipnis has over 20 years of work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. Manoj currently holds the position of Executive Vice President & Head Engineering at Tata Projects since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive of Larsen & Toubro Infrastructure Engineering Ltd. from June 2021 to August 2023. Manoj also worked as the Vice President - Head Engineering at L&T Construction, Transportation Infra IC, RREC from November 2007 to May 2021. Before joining Larsen & Toubro, they served as the Director at the Soil & Engineering Material Testing Wing, Corps of Engineers, Indian Army from January 2005 to November 2007. Manoj started their career in 2001 at the Design Directorate Engineer-in-Chief's Branch, Corps of Engineers, Indian Army as a Senior Engineering Manager - Design & Planning (Airfield Pavements) until December 2004.

Manoj Tipnis has a Master's degree (M Tech) in Civil - Transportation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Manoj also holds a Bachelor's degree (B Tech) in Civil Engineering from the College of Military Engineering. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree from the National Defence Academy, Pune.
