Mr. Nipun Aggarwal is a Senior Vice President at Tata Sons Private Limited and looks at Strategy and M&A for the Steel, Infrastructure and Defence cluster within Tata Group. He brings with him wide-ranging experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisition, Capital Raising, Strategy and Business Development.

Prior to joining the Group, he has had extensive experience in the Banking Sector, with SCB and Merrill Lynch, and Corporate Sector with L&T and BP plc in India & abroad.
