Pooja Singh

Pooja Singh is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources and Accounting at R and W Tooling Solution Pvt. Ltd. since January 2024, Pooja has also been with Home First Finance Company (HFFC) since February 2016, advancing through roles such as Sr. Operations Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on developing business models and enhancing efficiency. Previous experience includes an internship in the human resource department at Tata Projects, where Pooja contributed to recruitment and database improvements. Additionally, Pooja is actively involved in the HR Club at Jaipuria Institute of Management, where Pooja serves as Coordinator, and has a solid academic foundation with degrees in Human Resources Management from Udai Pratap Autonomous College and Jaipuria Institute of Management, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University.
