Nikhil Gupta is a seasoned professional in supply chain and operations management with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Divisional Manager of Supply Chain Management at Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited since June 2018, Nikhil has previously held senior managerial roles and operational management positions at Hindustan Zinc, where significant achievements include implementing energy audits that resulted in annual savings of INR 3 million and optimizing operations to enhance production volume by INR 150 million. Nikhil began their career at Vedanta Limited, focusing on electrical engineering and maintenance practices. Nikhil holds a PGPEX-VLM degree in Visionary Leadership in Manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University.
