Rien de Bruijn

Rien de Bruijn is a skilled professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Tata Steel Nederland since December 2016. In this role, Rien has also held positions as Maintenance Team Lead and Consultant Maintenance Engineer, where responsibilities included coordinating maintenance project budgets, enhancing KPIs, and designing OEE models. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Allseas, where Rien developed a concept for the removal of legs from Concrete Gravity Based Structures during a Master's thesis. Earlier roles include co-owning Dimax Management Assistance and serving as a work student at Heerema Marine Contractors. Rien holds a Master of Science in Offshore Engineering and Dredging and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
