Wilco de Wit has extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Head of Information Security & IT Compliance at Tata Steel Nederland BV since October 2021. Wilco has been with Tata Steel in Europe since April 2007, where roles have included Lead Application Maintenance & Support, Principal Vendor Manager IT, and GIS Solution Lead, focusing on application maintenance services, IT contract management, and delivering changes in the IT portfolio. Prior to Tata Steel, Wilco de Wit worked as a Solutions Architect at Excelergy and as a Business Consultant at Getronics Business Solutions. Wilco de Wit holds an Ing. degree in Bedrijfswiskunde from Hogeschool Holland Diemen, earned between 1991 and 1995.
