Harshit Somani

Harshit Somani is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management and corporate finance. Currently serving as Head of Treasury for TSL & Overseas Subsidiaries at Tata Steel since July 2017, Harshit has held various senior roles including Senior Manager Treasury and Treasury Manager. Prior to Tata Steel, Harshit worked at UltraTech Cement Limited from May 2012 to July 2017 in roles such as Assistant Manager-Finance and Assistant Manager-Treasury, focusing on financial objectives, investment strategies, and secured financing for the organization. Harshit began a career in 2011 as Audit and Taxation Manager at S.S. Rathi & Co. Chartered Accountants, handling due diligence for mergers and conducting audits. Harshit holds a Master's Degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has cleared CFA Level 3 from CFA Institute US, and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mithibai College.
