Mrinal Gautam

Mrinal Gautam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and maintenance operations at Tata Steel. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Marketing for WR & SBQ, Mrinal previously held roles including Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of TSLPL and Deputy Divisional Head of Marketing and Sales at IBMD, contributing approximately 200 Crores in revenue. Mrinal's previous tenure at Tata Steel included a role as Senior Maintenance Operation Manager, overseeing a large team at the Jamadoba colliery and managing maintenance activities of heavy mining equipment. Mrinal holds a Post Graduate Certificate in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Technology in Mining Machinery Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad.
