Paul Willems

Paul Willems currently serves as Deputy Team Manager and Lead Commercial Administration and Digital Services at Tata Steel Nederland, a position held since October 2021, focusing on Consignment Stock Management. Previously, Paul held various roles at IKEA Group from March 2016 to October 2021, including Team Leader Recovery and Team Manager for sales in kitchens and dining. Earlier experience at IKEA from March 2006 to March 2016 includes Team Manager for bedroom, bathroom, and children's departments, as well as roles as a Sales Trainee and Co-worker in Sales. Paul also worked as a History Teacher at Berlage Lyceum between August 2008 and September 2010, and served in the Koninklijke Landmacht from April 2003 to September 2005 in the Netherlands Army Post Office as an aspiring NCO. Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in History Education from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completing studies from 2005 to 2011, and attended Merlet College Land van Cuijk from 1996 to 2002.
