Shubham Dhamija currently serves as Sr. Manager Raw Material Planning at Tata Steel, where responsibilities include coal supply planning and inventory management for all Tata Steel India hubs and subsidiaries, along with the aggregation of coal demand and optimization of coal blend and inventory. Previously, Shubham held the position of Manager Raw Material Planning, focusing on coal planning and inventory management for all Tata Steel India plants, and started as a Management Trainee in Commercial, specializing in supply chain and procurement. Additionally, Shubham was a Senior Executive Member in Information Management and Corporate Communications at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Petroleum Engineering from UPES.
