Andrew Ball

Andrew (Andy) Ball is a seasoned automotive and aerospace executive with extensive experience in program management and product development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Vehicle Programs at Tata Technologies since January 2022, Andy also holds the position of Managing Director at Able Consulting Co. Ltd, where a focus is placed on enhancing industrial operations through effective team dynamics and quality processes. Previous roles include Vice President of Program Management at BYTON and Global Chief Program Engineer at Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd, where Andy was seconded from Ford Motor Company. With a career at Ford spanning over 16 years, roles included Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer for Asia Pacific Programs, overseeing the profitability and delivery of various vehicle programs. Andy's early career includes positions at BAE Systems, where responsibilities included managing research programs and internal cost control. Andy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Kingston University.
