Michael Mannion

Michael Mannion is a seasoned engineer currently serving as Lead Safety Engineer at Tata Technologies, focusing on knee airbags for Jaguar Land Rover since August 2023. Prior to this, Michael was a Core Engineer for Seating and Restraints at Polestar, where responsibilities included updating DFMEA and PFMEA and analyzing warranty data until being affected by summer redundancies in 2023. From May 2018 to March 2023, Michael worked as Lead Engineer for Seating at Tata Technologies, overseeing multiple projects related to seating for Jaguar Land Rover. Michael's early experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive, engaging with major automotive manufacturers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Motorsport Technology from the University of Hertfordshire, completed in 2013.
