Prathamesh Bhadane

Prathamesh Bhadane is a Post Graduate Trainee at Tata Technologies since August 2024. Prior to this role, Prathamesh served as an Executive Committee Member of the Operation Club (OPSCAN) at the Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) from August 2022 to April 2024. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Sourcing Manager at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited from August 2016 to October 2021, overseeing the end-to-end sourcing of over 430 components across 33 suppliers. Prathamesh also held the position of Graduate Apprentice Trainee at Mahindra and Mahindra Pvt Ltd, contributing to the product launch process. Educational qualifications consist of a PGDM in Operations and Decision Science from BIMTECH and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering from Pillai College of Engineering.
