Ravindra Shahapure

Ravindra Shahapure is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the field of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and verification and validation (V&V) across several prestigious companies. Currently serving as Chief Engineer HIL V&V at Tata Technologies since September 2021, Ravindra leads global embedded HIL V&V project delivery and drives initiatives to enhance V&V practices through innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Ravindra spent over a decade at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included leading complete HIL design, development, and integration for various vehicle systems. Early career experiences included positions at KPIT where Ravindra contributed to automotive electrical and electronic projects in multiple countries, performing roles from software engineer to team lead. Ravindra holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from Kolhapur Jobs, completed in 2007.
