Patrick Strittmater

Patrick Strittmater has been working in the data engineering and business intelligence industry since 2011. In 2011, they served as a US Naval Officer in the US Naval Aviation Training Program, where they took various engineering, weather, and navigation courses, followed by numerous flights in Naval Training Aircraft. Patrick then served as Lead Ensign at the world's largest Naval Aviation Training Command. In 2012, they worked as a Technical Engineer at Laserfiche, where they troubleshot issues with the software suite, installed it on servers and client computers, and implemented it for customers. In 2013, they worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Elevano Consulting, where they worked on a Business Intelligence team to develop an internal BI Solution for Sales, Ops, and Finance departments. Patrick also worked as an Application Developer at Pacific Life, where they collaborated with application and business analysts, technical leads, and other internal customers to validate application and business requirements. In 2014, they worked as a Developer Consultant at Exsilio Solutions, where they designed, created, implemented, and maintained a massive data warehouse with over 50 data sources. Patrick then worked as a Data Engineer at Amazon from 2019 to 2021, and is currently working as a Senior Data Engineer at Tatari.

Patrick Strittmater graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in History. In December 2015, they obtained a Certificate of Data Science from UC Irvine. From 2015 to 2016, they completed a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity.
