Lauren Schilling is a seasoned professional in sustainability and operations, currently serving as the Sr Manager of Sustainability at TATCHA since 2019. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Sustainability Lead at TATCHA in 2018 and began at the company as a Marketing Coordinator from 2016 to 2017.
