Sarah Engineer

Sarah Engineer currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Tate, a position held since November 2025. Previously, Sarah worked at the University of Sussex from January 2019 to July 2025, where roles included Senior Organisational Development Consultant, Interim Senior Organisational Development Manager, and Organisational Development Adviser. Prior to that, Sarah was employed at Fujitsu from May 2013 to November 2018 as a Learning Design and Development Advisor. Additional experience includes positions at FCO Services from 2009 to May 2013, both as a Learning and Development Advisor and Resourcing Assistant, and as a Resourcer at Hays from January 2008 to February 2009. Education was completed at Roade Comprehensive.
