Olga Smirnova has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. In 2021, they began working at TATEEDA | GLOBAL, an Inc 5000 company, as a QA Lead and Senior QA Engineer, where they were responsible for defining the scope of manual coverage for the release cycle, creating and maintaining test cases, execution of manual testing, and reporting to stakeholders. From 2019-2021, they also worked at DataArt as a QA, where their activities included creating and maintaining test cases, data transformation, and business analytics improvement. From 2019-2018, they worked at TATEEDA as a Senior QA Engineer, where their responsibilities included test design, test execution, and being familiar with Agile development methodologies. From 2018-2017, they worked at PerfOps as a QA. From 2017-2014, they worked at Provectus as a QA Engineer and at HYS Enterprise as a QA, where they had 2+ years of successful experience in QA Engineering. From 2014-2013, they worked at NICE Systems as a Technical Support T2 EMEA and at Fortuna Cigar House as a Technical Support for sales representatives. From 2011-2010, they worked at DIT ONU I.I. Mechnikov as a Programmer and at Court Administration in the Odessa region as an Engineer, where they were responsible for implementation and testing of software for judicial administration and the courts of the Odessa region.

Olga Smirnova attended Odessa State Environmental University from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Experimental Hydrometeorology.
