Matheus Neves is an experienced professional in product design and digital strategy, currently serving as a Partner in Product Design at Tátil Design since February 2023, where responsibilities include setting up digital delivery capabilities and managing teams. Prior to this role, Matheus held various leadership positions at Nubank, overseeing platform strategy for international expansion, customer excellence platforms, and personal loans, contributing to significant growth in the customer base. Experience also includes directing product design at Reaktor, co-founding the Dubai office, and consulting on UX initiatives at Concentrix Tigerspike. Matheus has worked with notable companies such as Emirates Airlines, Nikon, and Apple, enhancing digital experiences through user research and design. Educationally, Matheus holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
