Larisa Yu

Born in 1976. Ms Glukhova graduated from Kazan State University in 1998. From 2005 to 2012, she managed the sector of public law and statutory economic regulation, and was the deputy head of the legal department of the Administration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. From 2012 to 2013, she headed the legal department of OAO Tatavtodor. In 2013 to 2017, Ms Glukhova was the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan. In 2017, she was appointed as the head of the State Legal Administration under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
