Vlad Lokshin

Vlad Lokshin is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as Cofounder at Tato since June 2023 and as Cofounder and CEO at Turtle since October 2020, Vlad has played significant roles in developing software solutions for freelancing and facilitating connections between founders and freelance software developers. Previously, Vlad cofounded Turtle.dev, growing it into a multi-million dollar freelance developer marketplace, and led DarwinApps in a similar capacity from 2012 to 2016. Additional experience includes serving as a Sales Ops and Strategy Consultant and Product Designer at Audi of America and as a Product Manager and Designer at Ozmosis, Inc. Vlad began the career as a Developer at Merkle and holds an MBA from Cornell Tech and a BS in Engineering and Business from the University of Maryland.
