Emily Brown has a diverse professional background in the culinary and human resources fields. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Specialist at Tatte Bakery & Cafe since October 2022, Emily has extensive experience in baking, having held the position of Head Pastry Chef at Zuma from January 2017 to September 2022. Earlier in the career, Emily worked as a Baker at The Omega Institute, specializing in vegan and gluten-free desserts, and at The Grand Hotel Spa and Resort. Additionally, Emily served as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Dutchess Community College. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management and an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from The Culinary Institute of America.
