Caspar Hoegh has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2011, they worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company. In 2015, they joined Nilfisk, where they worked in the Strategy and M&A department for nine months before transitioning to Tattoodo. At Tattoodo, they held multiple roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chairman of the Board, and Non-Executive Board Member. Caspar joined Lotus Microsystems in 2021, where they are currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and also holds a position as a Non-Executive Board Member. Additionally, in 2020, they co-founded and became a Partner at NOON Ventures, an investment fund focused on transformative technologies.
Caspar Hoegh obtained a high-school diploma from Rungsted Gymnasium in 2004. Caspar then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Politics (B.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School, which they completed in 2009. Afterwards, Caspar went on to achieve a Master's degree in Finance and Strategic Management (M.Sc.) from Copenhagen Business School in 2011. In 2005, they also attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they completed undergraduate courses. Additionally, Caspar completed the Executive Board Programme INSEAD at INSEAD in 2017, although the specific field of study for this program is not provided.
