Behzad Kianmahd

Behzad Kianmahd is an experienced finance and investment professional with a strong background in supporting early-stage companies and providing financial solutions to business owners. Currently a member of 3i Members since August 2022, Kianmahd also co-founded and serves as Chairman of Maxim Commercial Capital, LLC, which provides financing to businesses with challenged credit. As a Managing Member at Transolam, Kianmahd focuses on Seed, Angel, Bridge, and Round A financing for innovative startups. Additionally, Kianmahd is a co-founder and advisory board member of TAU Ventures, the first venture capital fund by Tel Aviv University aimed at early-stage technologies in Israel, and holds the position of Chairman and Lead Investor at Cross Campus, a leading network of collaborative workspaces in Southern California. Kianmahd previously served on the board of Scribes STAT from 2011 to 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from The University of Akron.
