Jennifer Cardillo Tesman

Jennifer Cardillo Tesman has a diverse work experience in the events and promotions industry. Jennifer currently works as an Event Director at Taub Family Selections since March 2022. Prior to this, they founded and ran their own event production company, JCT Events, where they specialized in luxury hotel and luxury brand events on a global scale. Jennifer was responsible for creating and implementing over 800 events worldwide.

Jennifer also has a significant tenure at The Leading Hotels of the World, where they held various roles over the years. Jennifer started as an Assistant in Promotions & Event Marketing and worked their way up to Senior Manager, responsible for organizing and managing a wide range of corporate events and sales events. Their responsibilities included roadshows, tradeshows, press events, conferences, gala dinners, and more. Jennifer maintained a global events calendar and worked closely with regional offices and senior management to align events with the company's overall strategy.

Before joining The Leading Hotels of the World, Jennifer worked as a Membership Administrator at the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce from 1995 to 1998.
