Holly Kinnear

Since 2011, Holly has led the HR function overseeing recruitment, training, benefits and talent development, while promoting a culture of innovation and inclusion. She joined Taubman in 2006.

Committed to helping others, she is a board member of Life Remodeled and Soar, and supports the shopping center industry as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Holly has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, and an advanced HR executive certificate from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She also earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certificate that recognizes big-picture thinkers responsible for planning HR policy, for the breadth and depth of their HR knowledge and for their understanding of business outside of the HR function.
