Grace Saia

Grace Saia has extensive work experience in various roles within the financial technology industry. Grace began their career as an Analyst at Kirchman Corp (now FIS), where they trained upper-level management on product and document capabilities. Grace then joined Fiserv as an Account Manager, selling strategic software and hardware to financial institutions. At SunTrust, Grace served as the VP, Card Program Officer, managing and upselling payment programs to commercial card clients. Grace later joined Sage - Payment Solutions division as the Director, Revenue and Development - Account Management, where they developed strategies to drive revenue and volume growth. Grace then moved on to First Data Corporation as the Director of Product Management. Currently, they are employed at Taulia, where they have held various roles, including Business Consultant and Senior Business Consultant. Grace is currently the Head of Customer Success Management - Americas. Throughout their career, Grace has demonstrated strong leadership, strategy development, and customer relationship management skills.

Grace Saia has a BSBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Central Florida. Grace also has an MBA in Business from Webster University.
