Yavor Chatalbashev

Yavor Chatalbashev is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical services and quality management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Technical Services at Taulia Inc. since March 2017, Yavor oversees a department that supports over 5 million users on eInvoicing and Supply Chain Finance platforms across various global locations. Previously, from June 2008 to March 2017, Yavor held several significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, including Senior Manager of Global Quality Support, where responsibilities included leading teams focused on quality management practices and continuous service improvement. With a strong background in incident management and account delivery, Yavor has consistently achieved high performance and productivity improvements in diverse environments. Yavor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from New Bulgarian University and is a Certified ITIL Expert in IT Service Management.
