Jan Sircelj

Jan Sircelj is an experienced Project Manager and Engineer's Representative at Tauranga City Council since April 2018, with a strong background in structural engineering gained through previous roles at TM Consultants Ltd and Elea iC d.o.o. Jan's expertise encompasses independent structural analysis, design management for various residential and commercial projects, application of advanced modeling techniques, and thorough knowledge of NZ Building Act and standards. At TM Consultants Ltd, Jan was involved in post-earthquake investigations, site inspections, and close collaboration with stakeholders, while earlier experience at Elea iC d.o.o. included assisting design engineers and managing smaller-scale projects. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Ljubljana.
