Mignon Kock

Mignon Kock currently serves as a People Business Partner at Tauranga City Council since June 2021. Previously, Mignon held positions as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Administrator & Recruitment Consultant at three6five from August 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included designing organizational well-being assessments, developing employee motivation strategies based on I/O psychology, maintaining job structures, and conducting candidate screenings. Mignon is pursuing a Master's degree in Organisational Psychology at the University of Canterbury, and holds a BCOM Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
