Paula Naude

Paula Naude is currently employed at Tauranga City Council as the Manager for Community Development and Emergency Management. Prior to this, Paula served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tauranga Living Without Violence Collective Trust. With a background in law enforcement, Paula held the title of Detective Captain at the South African Police Service. Paula has also worked as a Probation Officer at the Department of Corrections NZ and as a Tertiary Tutor at EmployNZ. Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Criminology, a National Diploma in Police Administration, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology.
