Tamsin Jensen

Tamsin Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as People Lead - City Operations at Tauranga City Council since October 2021, Tamsin previously held multiple roles at AMP from September 2011 to August 2019, including Talent & Capability Manager and Talent Management + Inclusion & Diversity Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed employee engagement, leadership, and cultural initiatives. Tamsin also fulfilled project management roles focusing on employee engagement surveys and recruitment strategies, along with a background in recruitment consultancy at Robert Walters. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and a Professional Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne.
